You will need to call a plumber if:
There is no water coming from your taps;
You have low water pressure;
Your water heater is leaking; or
Rusty or dirty water is coming from your taps.
If there is water coming out of your tap but it is cold or lukewarm, you'll probably need to call an electrician.
